Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessels (FPSOs) are offshore production facilities that integrate both processing equipment and storage capacity for hydrocarbons, typically in a ship-shaped design. After processing oil or gas, FPSOs store the product before offloading it to shuttle tankers, making them essential to offshore energy operations—especially in regions like Asia, where their use is rapidly expanding. The Certified FPSO Safety Operations course equips participants with the competencies required to work safely and effectively onboard these vessels. Covering a wide range of modules such as oil and gas familiarization, mooring, emergency response planning, international safety standards (DNV, ISOGOTT, ISPS), regulatory compliance, and HSE audits, the course includes practical activities like mock audits and risk assessment development. This three-day program is delivered through live online instructor-led training or in-person sessions and is ideal for anyone involved in or aiming to work within the FPSO environment.
